Content Manager

Reporting to the marketing manager, the content manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating and quality controlling all content-related work for the marketing department in both English and French. Writing projects, social media posting, newsletter creation, and other marketing-related content creation will all run through the content coordinator.


Writing, editing & translating

  • Website articles
  • Freelance articles
  • Social media posts
  • Newsletter & email automation
  • Admissions canned responses
  • Job posts & other misc.

Project management

  • Manage freelancers & project participants
  • Assign tasks to project participants
  • Quality control all submitted work
  • Liaise with the marketing manager & project stakeholders

Social media management

  • Manage the posting schedule
  • Research & pitch social media strategy
  • Publish on all active platforms


  • 2+ years working as a copywriter, translator, or similar role
  • 1+ years working as a coordinator, manager or similar role
  • Fully bilingual (English & French)
  • Degree in marketing or communications is preferred
