Reporting to the marketing manager, the content manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating and quality controlling all content-related work for the marketing department in both English and French. Writing projects, social media posting, newsletter creation, and other marketing-related content creation will all run through the content coordinator.

Writing, editing & translating
- Website articles
- Freelance articles
- Social media posts
- Newsletter & email automation
- Admissions canned responses
- Job posts & other misc.
Project management
- Manage freelancers & project participants
- Assign tasks to project participants
- Quality control all submitted work
- Liaise with the marketing manager & project stakeholders
Social media management
- Manage the posting schedule
- Research & pitch social media strategy
- Publish on all active platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years working as a copywriter, translator, or similar role
- 1+ years working as a coordinator, manager or similar role
- Fully bilingual (English & French)
- Degree in marketing or communications is preferred
