Hazel Burns turns her passion for music and mixing into a Career at CTV and Discovery Channel.

 

With an impressive education and music performance credentials, Hazel Burns decided to shift her career focus to Sound and Music Recording, enrolling at RAC's Montreal campus. Hazel explains how she came to that critical choice, and how that decision helped her land a job at CTV as a mix engineer, as well as result in being chosen to record and mix several acclaimed projects. Meet Andrew Leung, a graduate from Recording Arts Canada's Game Design program in May, 2012. With a Bachelors and Masters Degree already in his pocket, Andrew decided he needed to develop his professional skill set in Game Design, and enrolled in RAC's Game Design Program in Toronto to give him the best chance of succeeding in a competitive mobile app and game market.

Michael Maher : A Success Story

Michael Maher Recording Arts CanadaMaher found his calling after falling in love with music at the age of fourteen. He went from bass to guitar to drums to singing to sound recording (which happens to include becoming Bob Walsh’s lead guitarist guitar tech). Eventually Maher decided to dedicate his life to this particular passion where he considers it like getting well paid to have fun all day.
